Star Student

Addie was the Star Student in April at her school.  The following is what was sent home:

One of our star students in 2012 was Addison Miller.  Addison was born on April 20th and just turned 3 years old.  She moved into the Tadpole room from the Duckling room.  Addison lives with her Mommy- Sami and her Daddy- Jeremy.  Addison has blue eyes and blonde hair.  She doesn't wear glasses or have any freckles.  Addison's favorite sport is catch and she is right handed.  She likes singing "ABC's" and "Soft Kitty" (from the show "Big Bang theory).  her favorite book is "The Night Before Christmas" and her favorite color is purple.  Addison loves macaroni and cheese, strawberries, popsicles, pickles and black olives.  Addison and her family have three pets named Riley, Russeau and Bob Barker.  Addison wishes she had a pet horse or cow.  When Addison grows up she wants to be a farmer, a doctor, a teacher, an accountant, a pianist and a veterinarian.  Boy, she is going to be really busy when she grows up.  Addison is a Walt Disney fan.  She enjoys visiting Walt Disney World with her family (including grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins).  Some of her favorite things at  WDW are Cinderella's Castle and Mickey Mouse.  We are blessed that Addison moved up from the Duckling room and joined us for the rest of this year.  She is a joy to be with and is a great friend to everyone!

Easter Egg hunt

At Addie's school they had an Easter Egg hunt before Spring break.  The kids had a blast looking for eggs and also going on an Easter Bunny hunt!

So for Easter, I usually get pics done with a bunny... well this year I found a place that does lambs, bunnies and baby chicks!  I bought the CD because I loved the pics with the animals!

Disney Live- morris

For Christmas Jeremy and I purchased Royal box seats for Addison, me, Grammie and Grandma for the Disney Live show!  we are 100% in a Disney phase and I love every minute of it!  Dreams do come true!

Addie did great for the whole show.  She was entertained, not scared, and watched the whole thing.  it was a great later afternoon to spend with her Grandma's.   We went March 2012!

Spring time fun

It was a warm March for us so we decided to head outside and enjoy some awesome weather!!!

School Reading program

At Addison's school for the month of March there is a reading program.  This year they had reading guest to come in and read to the kids.  It was so awesome for the community to reach out and support our youth's education and as a parent, I will SUPPORT these individuals and businesses.  They took time to do something that is very important.

Movin on up to the 3 year old room

So the past few weeks we have been talking with Addie's teachers and it has been decided that she will be moving up to the 3 year old room 6 months early. They normally do not move kids up during the middle of the year, but they know Addie is academically ready and her teaches even said that she was getting bored in the 2 year old room. Normally kids move up at the start of the school year, like normal so Addie will be in the 3 year old room until August of 2013. We are very excited that she will be in Mrs. Cindy's class, but very sad that she is leaving Ms. Brittany and Mrs. Jen's class. We love them so much and they are just so wonderful with Addie!
