Shedd

On Sunday November 4th, 2012 we took Addie to the Shedd Aquarium for another visit.  This time we filled up the family truckster and took Grammie, Gramps, Uncle Mitch, Aunt Lorissa and Matty!  It was Matt's first time to the Shedd and he had fun.   I was disappointed in one thing as they had the amazon visit closed which is great for younger kids for a viewing area experience.  Now I just need to take Matt back for when this exhibit is open.

Addie had fun looking at all the fish and this was the first time she made it through the dolphin show.  She had to stand up to see a few times and wanted to switch seats and sit by daddy at the end, but she made it through it. 

For some reason she had zero interest in the penguins this time, while last time we went seemed like she was there for 20 minutes.  She was obsessed about turtles though and sting rays on this trip.  She viewed the main aquarium for awhile and took in all the fish. 

The trip ended with a shopping spree with grammie in the gift shop.  She received a turtle magnet, a turtle stuffed animal and a few Christmas presents for later!
