Disney Day 3- Cinderella's Castle

The day started off early for us.  Since we didn't live on Disney property and i didn't know how long it was going to take to get to the Castle, knowing that we had to take the Monorail or the Ferry Boat for our reservations for 8:20, we headed out at 6:45 in the morning.  I wasn't about to miss this breakfast!

We got parked and were on the Ferry Boat heading over to the Castle and we arrived at 7:30.  We were the first ones there and Addison was Princess for the Day!  She was given a sticker and an announcement was made for all to hear.  Up until this point Addie had been somewhat excited to see Cinderella.... she acted very shy and didn't smile at all when she met Cinderella... oh well, you win some and lose some.  I am chalking it up to being early in the morning...we'll just go with that!

So after moving around the barrier, we met Cinderella.  She was so sweet and knelt down to be at Addison's level and did her best to make Addie smile, but it was ok.  Addie got a special picture with just her and Cinderella and then we had the family photo of Cinderella.

I've never seen Jeremy smile so good in a pic!!!

After meeting Cinderella, we were escorted up a fancy small elevator.  This whole experience was wonderful except the lady running the elevator... she was a bit rude, but I was so excited to see what was going to happen next that I didn't care at all.

Once we arrived to the floor, we were escorted to our table.  Ordered either the cold plate or hot plate or some special castle food...hot plate was the way to go for the options.  We had tons of food and wasn't bad at all.  For the 4 of us, souvenirs, tax, tip, and pictures, (addie was free), it was only $244, thanks Grammie and Gramps!  I am putting this in the blog for when we go back for when I have a granddaughter to see how much the price changes!

Once seated, Snow White was the first Princess we met, followed by Beauty, Ariel and then Belle.  All the Princesses were so nice and so sweet and took their time with all the kids.  I would definitely go back and do this experience again!

Following meeting the Princesses, she also celebrated  her birthday!!!!

After the breakfast, we went on the carrousel.  Gramps, me and Addie!  She loves it of course because she is riding the horse!

next up was It's a Small world with Grammie.

Then we stood in line for Dumbo and almost through when Addie had to go potty...here comes daddy through the line and we didn't go back because it ended up being about a 35 minute wait.  Oh well... we learn as we go on these trips.

Next up was driving the cars.  Addie LOVED it!  Daddy and Grammie went in a car together and it was hilarious.  Since I was in charge of the peddle for our car... Addie was in charge of steering..holy crapola my neck went back and forth on this ride.  It was so fun though!  I was going slower so Grammie and daddy would catch up and they ended up passing us.    Gramps took a nap while we waited the 30 minutes in line to do the ride.

We ended up going on a train ride to main station for our reservations at Tony's Town squire.  I loved the food, but not the prices.  I would probably skip planning a good size lunch considering we just got done having breakfast.  So that was bad planning on my part.  I loved the restaurant. It was super fancy.

After Tony's we went back to the villa for Addie to take a nap.
